Сопутствующие заболевания других органов при НАЖБП (неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени)

Хроническая болезнь почек (ХБП) встречается у 20-50% пациентов с НАЖБП (неалкогольной жировой болезнью печени), особенно при НАСГ (неалкогольном стеатогепатозе) , подтвержденном биопсией [79].

НАЖБП, выявленная при УЗИ, несет 1,5–2-кратный скорректированный риск развития ХБП при СД 1 типа [80]. Установлена связь НАЖБП с колоректальным раком [81], метаболическими заболеваниями костей (дефицит витамина D, остеопороз) [62,82] и редкими метаболическими заболеваниями (липодистрофии, болезни накопления гликогена).
